    Name customized jewelry takes 3-5 business days to be handmade.

    Note: Under normal circumstances,Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-12 calendar days for international deliveries. However, you may receive your items earlier. (The delivery time varies from country to country, and most countries take about 10 days to deliver, during peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer). Orders ship worldwide. Delivery times may very depending on country and production time.Although our delivery carrier has quoted us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.Please see individual product descriptions for estimated delivery time.

    3.Will I be charged for tariff?

    The prices displayed on our website are in US dollars including tax, which means that Import taxes and duties are included in the product price and there are no additional charges upon delivery. However, due to the different tax systems of each country, some countries may charge additional customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office.     4.Does my order include tracking?

    Yes, all order include tracking. Some shipping providers will have a 5 – 10 day delay in updating tracking. This is more common for international orders.You can enter our official website, click "TRACK ORDER" in the upper right corner, and enter the tracking number to check the delivery information.

    5.Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

    If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages m to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

    6.I’ve placed an order but have not received any information.

    After successful order placement a confirmation email will be sent. If not received check your spam folder. After your order has been shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent, typically within 3 business days. Custom orders may take longer to make and ship.

    7.What happened if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

    Al of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured. we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking. if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.We are responsible for packages lost in transit, but not for packages lost after showing a successful receipt.
