We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover any associated shipping costs. We will issue a refund or send a replacement item once we receive the returned item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

For customers who want to cancel the order, please note that you can cancel your order before we ship it; we cannot cancel if the product was already shipped out. Therefore, please make sure the order is correct before placing your orders, which includes correct product items, quantities, shipping addresses, etc. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
