  • Where can I see my order status?
    • You can track your order from the "track order" page. Shipping information will be automatically send to your email within 1-3 days. 
  • Where do you ship?
    • Our warehouse is at North America, but we ship worldwide. Shipping time might be varies depends on the regions. 
  • Do you offer discreet packaging?
    • Our packaging is intentionally discreet. Your order will arrive in a brown box or neutral box. No explicit branding on the outside. The contents of the package and the packing slip are kept private.
  • Are your products safe and high quality?
    • Yes. We carefully select products made from body-safe materials (e.g. medical-grade silicone, non-phthalate plastics), and we verify that they meet safety and hygiene standards. Where applicable, we disclose materials, usage instructions, and care guidelines so you can use our products safely and with confidence.
  • What about returns, refunds or exchanges?
    • Because of hygiene and safety, intimate-use products (sex toys) cannot be returned once sealed if the seal has been opened. For other wellness products (non-intimate), we may accept returns or exchanges depending on condition — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Are these toys waterproof? Can I use them in the shower or bath?
    • Some of our products are waterproof — but it depends on the item. Please check the “Product Details → Specifications” section on each product page to confirm. For waterproof toys, you may use them in the shower or bath according to the instructions. For non-waterproof toys, avoid submerging them and keep the charging port dry.
