- Our packaging is intentionally discreet. Your order will arrive in a brown box or neutral box. No explicit branding on the outside. The contents of the package and the packing slip are kept private.

What about returns, refunds or exchanges?
- Because of hygiene and safety, intimate-use products (sex toys) cannot be returned once sealed if the seal has been opened. For other wellness products (non-intimate), we may accept returns or exchanges depending on condition — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Are these toys waterproof? Can I use them in the shower or bath?

For waterproof toys, you may use them in the shower or bath according to the instructions. For non-waterproof toys, avoid submerging them and keep the charging port dry.
